The Mount Weather Fire Department is looking for participants for its Burn Out Poker Run.

The event is being held to raise much needed funds for a brother firefighter who was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

As detailed on their promotional flyer, the event will take place on Saturday, June 19th, 2010.  Registration will begin at 8:30am at the Millwood Fire Station, 250 Costello Drive, Winchester, Virginia 22602.

The ride is 80 miles, at your leisure, and includes stops at many fire stations around the area.  All motorcycles are welcome, and the cost to register is $25.00 Driver / $15.00 Rider, which includes a famous firehouse meal, memorial t-shirt, music and brotherhood.  Food and music will begin around 12:30pm and go until 3:30pm at the Millwood Fire Station.

There will be prize money for the best and worst poker hand at the conclusion of the ride.
